Members of the Sequiam US team are very well connected with most of the major component manufacturers in the world with many relationships being in place for over 20 years. These relationships mean our major distributors provide us with competitive sales terms and supply line management capabilities. Sequiam has typically been able to achieve lead-times of less than 30-days on the entire Bill of Materials on some products even with unpredictable production demands and volumes.
Overview
Members of the Sequiam China team have formed relationships with sources not easily accessible outside of Asia based largely in part on their multiple years of experience buying for other high volume production lines. Since this team can access suppliers directly Sequiam can eliminate the “middleman" and achieve cost savings that are passed on to our clients.
Sequiam’s US team has many years of experience in production line optimization and has created highly efficient processes that have reduced or eliminated “touch-labor” allowing us to stay competitive with lower labor costs in other countries. Sequiam’s China team is located in close proximity to Shenzhen, the largest manufacturing center in China. This central location has allowed our staff to develop relationships with many factories and vendors located in the area. The combined skill-sets of both teams means Sequiam can always provide the best solution to our clients based of their specific production cost, timing and/or volume requirements.
