Overview

Sequiam’s manufacturing team analyzes every project up front to determine both initial and future production volumes.  This process allows Sequiam to accurately project both the management efforts and investment required to manufacture and test the manufacturing lifecycle.  Often times this review helps Sequiam develop a two stage manufacturing approach to production.  Stage One production runs are designed for lower volumes and aim to reduce startup costs and lead-times for the customer.  Stage Two production scales from stage one and is where product designs and production tooling are enhanced to increase volumes with at the same time reduce per-unit production costs.
