I cannot get any of the files to encrypt. I keep following the instructions saying to right click on the file and you'll see ScanQ encrypt (username). Well, when I right click on the file, all I have gotten is the line "ScanQ Administration Center".

File Security option must be enabled. Follow these steps to enable File Security: Start the “ScanQ Security Suite” from your start menu. When the the “ScanQ Administration Center” launches, click on the “Settings” tab. Under “Biometric Protection”, left-click the box next to “File Security”.  Click “Apply”, then “Ok”. Now, in an Explorer folder, when you right-click on a file an option will be ScanQ Encrypt (username).  Clicking on this option will encrypt the file… The file may be unencrypted by right-clicking from explorer, selecting “ScanQ Decrypt (username)”, followed by a fingerprint scan.
