Mark R. Basile

Chief Executive Officer - Chairman

Mark R. Basile founded bioMETRX in 2001 on the idea that technology can be used to simplify the way people live by doing away with the need to remember PIN codes, or carry keys. As CEO. Mr. Basile has set, and oversees, the overall strategic direction of the company. Mr. Basile was also the founder and CEO of Sickbay Health Media, a public company, reaching a market cap of $560M under his tenure with over 40 employees. Mr. Basile was one of the original founding directors of the e-HEALTH Initiative, the single largest e-health trade association located in Washington, DC. Mr. Basile received his law degree from Touro Law Center in 1988 and had concentrated his practice in commercial litigation, bankruptcy reorganization and creditors rights before entering the private sector in 1998. Mr. Basile has developed business relationships with Computer Associates, Hewlett Packard, Kodak, and Symbol Technologies and has had some of his inventions on display at the Smithsonian Museum in Washington, D.C. Mr. Basile is considered one of the foremost leading authorities in the consumer biometrics market and is frequently asked to address this growing market at trade shows, conventions and business development seminars.


Lorraine M. Yarde

Chief Operating Officer
Managing Director - smartTOUCH Consumer Products, Inc.

Lorraine M. Yarde joined bioMETRX in early 2005 as its director of sales, and rose to the position of Chief Operating Officer in late 2006. Ms. Yarde is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Yarde held the position of V.P. at Manchester Equipment, a technology consulting and integration firm located on Long Island. Ms. Yarde increased the company's revenues by $24m dollars over the course of 12 months. Ms. Yarde also managed a technical recruiting firm on Long Island for several years as well as a business owner of a highly successful commercial flooring company. Ms. Yarde is responsible for developing and maintaining high level client relationships.


J. Richard Iler

Chief Financial Officer
Managing Director - smartTOUCH Medical, Inc.

Rick has over 25 years experience in the capital markets. He has extensive debt and equity financing ( public and private transactions) experience having served in various corporate finance, treasury and executive financial positions with both public and private companies. He has worked with such leading investment banking firms as Prudential, Bear Stearns, Kidder Peabody and Smith Barney as an institutional bond salesman involved in asset liability management advisory to large insurance, banking and other financial institutions. At both corporate finance and institutional sales positions, he gained visibility in the use of hedging strategies in futures, options and swaps for interest rate and currency risk. Earlier in his career, he had exposure to joint ventures with Gulf & Western, Prudential, Shell and the Pritzker family while serving in financial capacities with The Shelton Ranch Corp, heir of the King Ranch Family.

Over the past 15 years he has been involved in technology and ehealth ventures, he has been a managing director of RJS Ventures, a private equity firm and has been a Chief Financial Officer and Director of SiriCOMM, Inc, most recently before joining bioMETRX, Inc. in June 2006.

He is a graduate of Grand Valley State University and attended South Texas College of Law and training in advanced SEC reporting


Kevin Henderson

Senior Vice President - Business Development

Kevin is responsible for the general business development for the company. Previously, Mr. Henderson was President of Sequiam Biometrics and handled the day-to-day operations of that company. He supervised product development, manufacturing and integration. Kevin has developed numerous biometric, smart card and software products and operated a large IT firm in Houston, Texas. Kevin has been a NASA contractor for 12 years. Kevin has also held the positions of US Territorial Representative for Inmos Semiconductor, President of Bioidentix, Inc., and CTO of the PAR Worldwide group. He has also appeared as guest host on the syndicated radio shows such as 'CPU' for NBC radio. A member of MENSA, Kevin is a biometric technology visionary and astute business manager.


Cliff Zsvec

Vice President - Global Logistics

Cliff joined bioMETRX in 2006 in a technology support role, and is now responsible for project planning and management of the company's multiple engineering teams. Mr. Zsvec is a recognized master project planner who has consistently managed multiple engineering projects assuring on time, and within budget delivery. Mr. Zsvec is also responsible for global sourcing of critical components and coordinating delivery and build cycles. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Zsvec was a senior project manager at Manchester Equipment where he managed multiple engineering and technology projects as well as over 20 engineers. Mr.Zsvec was also a project management director at e-Plus Technologies, coordination voice over IP projects in and around the northeast US.
